WSheet Release

There can be cases (mostly within lists; but also to free computer memory) when you have to release a worksheet and want to reuse the given Djeeni name for another worksheet. In such cases you can explicitly release a worksheet in use.

The parameters of the process step:

  • Worksheet: the Djeeni name of the worksheet to be released.
  • Options: There are three actions available from which zero or more can be chosen:
    • Delete at release
    • Save at release
    • Close at release

If you release the last used worksheet of a workbook in the process, Djeeni will automatically close that workbook.

Note: this version is still supported but made obsolete. For new processes use the latest version and also update your processes to the new version.

There can be cases (mostly within lists) when you have to release a worksheet and want to reuse the given Djeeni name for another worksheet. In such cases you can explicitly release a worksheet in use.

The parameters of the process:

  • Worksheet Djeeni name: the Djeeni name of the worksheet to be released.
  • Keep changes?: If the changes in the workbook must be saved. There are three available options in the drop-down list:
    • Yes, save changes (complete workbook) - default option
    • No, save no changes
    • Delete the worksheet (if the last worksheet then the workbook, too)

If you release the last worksheet used in the process within a workbook, the Djeeni will close that workbook automatically for you.
